7 Ingredient Quick Quiche Recipe
All you need are as follows:
5 slices of bacon cut into small pieces
1 (8oz) package whipped cream cheese
2 TB milk
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 TB green onion finely chopped
1 frozen pie crust (defrosted)
Heat pan using medium low heat. Cut bacon into small pieces:
Add bacon to pan, stir. Cook until done. Put aside.
In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, milk and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low until smooth:
Add cheese and green onion:
Stir to combine and set aside:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Take one defrosted pie shell from package and sprinkle bacon all over:
Add egg and cheese mixture:
and place it in the bottom rack of preheated oven:
