We had a Chinese New Year Feast earlier. I started cooking since this morning and finally finished after 6pm!

Chinese New Year Feast
Menu (I will post the photos tomorrow):
- Malaysian Curry Chicken
- Stir Fried Baby Yu Choi with Garlic and Shallots
- Pan Braised Trout
- Stir Fried Broccoli
- BBQ Duck
- Stir Fried King Oyster Mushroom, Garlic Stems and Shredded Chicken
- BBQ Pork (Char Shu)
- Sweet & Spicy Shrimps
- Pan Fried Green Beans
- Dumplings – they are a must for Chinese New Year, it stands for gold nuggets or money!
And of course… Jasmine long grain white rice
Not sure about you but I’m famished! I can’t wait any longer… sorry dear guests, I have to start first… no, no I mean I have to do a taste test!
Out of all the dishes I made today, my favourite is this ginger onion lobster:
they smell so good and was so delicious!
