Kalbi – Korean BBQ Short Ribs – All In A Bottle

All in a bottle series  – back by popular demand, this Kalbi can be easily made by marinading the short ribs with this marinade overnight:

Korean-BBQ-Sauce-Galbi

Bring the short ribs to room temperature before grilling.  This will allow the kalbi to cook more evenly:

Heat grill pan with oil using medium-low heat.  Make sure the pan is hot before grilling, this ensures less meat sticking to the pan:Lily Daily - Kalbi - Korean BBQ1 Lily Daily - Kalbi - Korean BBQ2

After 3 – 4 minutes, flip kalbi.  And another 3 – 4 minutes, it’s done!
