We went to a few Chinese restaurants during our visit to Malaysia and for some reason, the Chinese food taste different there…. it just taste better. I tried to look up recipe books and see what ingredients were included in typical Chinese dishes but had no luck. There was nothing special. The only thing that I can think of is probably the soy sauce they use. During our visit, we ate The Best Roasted Peking Duck at a seafood restaurant lol

We went to Loong Foong Seafood Restaurant in Petaling Jaya.
We had baked salted-egg prawns:
Mixed seafood in pumpkin squash:
Steamed Patin fish with soy sauce:
Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables:
And of course.. the Baked Peking Duck, it was truly the BEST I’ve ever tasted!! ??
