We love Indian food. It’s so delicious, full of flavour. Luckily, I have a pack of Asian Home Gourmet Tikka Masala Spice Paste, onions in the pantry, chicken breasts and plain yogurt in the fridge. So, here it goes. It is super easy, all you have to do is follow the instructions on the back of the spice paste:
Cut onions into small pieces then cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces (this way, you only need to clean the cutting board once). Marinate chicken with spice paste and plain yogurt for at least 10 minutes:
Meanwhile, heat pan with oil in medium-low heat, stir fry onions until soften (around 7 minutes):
Add chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes:
Then stir in water and simmer for 15 minutes. All done!
Heat up some rice or Naan. Mmmmmmm…… delicious!
